17 weeks.

• Are too many of my blog posts in bullet form? I'm thinking of doing them entirely like this. My mind runs in a series of lists.
• As of yesterday, the gummi bear has been growing strong for 17 whole weeks! I can't believe how the weeks are flying by...so fast that I entirely missed my 16 week post, whoops!

• We had a doctor's appointment on Monday and she said "keep doing what you're doing!" So I'd say that is a good sign :) We got to hear that sweet little heart beat again. One of the greatest sounds ever.
• Looking forward to? Lots! Feeling the first kicks and movement, our ultrasound on August 9th, continuing to grow {weird, right? I'm sure I'll take this back in a couple months, but right now I can't wait until people can really start to tell there's a baby in there}
• Cravings? Mac & cheese...really nothing new for me, and salads. A fellow mac & cheese lover recommended the Trader Joe's brand. Oh my goodness, delicious! I also got some homemade pickles from a farmer's market a couple weeks ago and I've been thinking about them ever since. I will be making another trip to that market come Saturday morning!
• What I miss? Sushi. Before I was pregnant, I used to crave it from time to time and when my girlfriends were visiting they had some...it looked so good! Other than that and a glass of wine, not too much.
• I found this cute little sign in a shop on Block Island last weekend. It's one of only a couple baby purchases I've made and I can't wait to hang it up in the nursery!

•  I ordered a Bella Band and I couldn't be happier. My regular jeans still fit, but the waist is getting pretty snug, especially after I eat. This idea is genius to me. I also ordered a couple tanks from Ingrid&Isabel and I love them. They look cute now with my tiny bump and have tons of room for me to grow. I highly recommend them!
