Snowy Day Photo Update!

Well, now it's our turn. We've got a lot of the white stuff up here in southern New England and today? I don't really mind it! I love the snow when I don't have to work, and luckily, Hubs and I both managed to have the day off. Yay for snow days!

{snow day essentials: breakfast sandwiches, snowmen & hot cocoa}

{Lilly, part puggle/part snow bunny, with her new friend! & the view up the street from our house}
And I finally got around to uploading a ton of photos from Christmas until more recently. Is it too late for Christmas photos? I think not.
{Christmas Eve: The Hopkins tree, gingerbread houses & my cute nephew on his new pony}

{Christmas morning surrounded by boxes: Our new festive pajamas we exchanged on Christmas Eve & our little tree complete with filled stockings and some extra presents Santa brought for the new house!}
{The post Christmas blizzard that delayed our move by a day! & our old apartment packed to the max}
{January has brought birthday celebrations, my father-in-law's 60th & many renovation casualties!}

I love when it snows! (As long as we have a fully stocked fridge and don't need to go anywhere, that is. LOL!) It's been snowing a little here, but nothing to write home about.

Love the cozy pajamas!

Awwwww!! These snow pictures warmed my heart!!! :) I wish we had snow down here in Austin. *Sniff.*

And ok, so can I just say I think it's funny how alike we are? For example. Those pajamas you are wearing. Yes, the holiday plaid ones from Victoria's Secret. I WANTED THOSE!! In fact, I asked my husband for them for Christmas. I sent him a link to the VS website when there was a little sale/free gift thingee going on. I hinted about how I would love to get said pajamas on Christmas Eve. But Christmas Eve came around, and it seemed I would get no cozy flannels. Boo. And then Christmas MORNING came along, and what do I get? Two Victoria's Secret night gowns, because "they're sexier."

Except they weren't. They only look sexy on the 10 ft tall models. On 5 ft 2 inch me? Just long and baggy.

Epic fail. Husband should have just got me what I asked for! Dangit!! Clearly I am bitter. ;)

What fabulous snow photos--I'm still getting the hang of my new camera, but it looks like you've got yours down! I especially love how beautiful your house looks covered in snow :) Impressed with your snowman too!

In love with your Christmas pj's too...and you can always share Christmas pics in my opinion! Hope you and the hubby are staying cozy!

Oh my goodness... you have a dream house. That's what I call houses like yours - dream houses. They are the amazing cottage-like homes you see in the movies. Slightly jealous right now. ;) xoxo
